CHÍNH SÁCH ĐỔI TRẢ
1. Phạm vi và thời gian đổi hàng
Chính sách đổi hàng áp dụng cho các đơn hàng online giao trong lãnh thổ Việt Nam. Mỗi sản phẩm được đổi 01 lần duy nhất, trong thời hạn tính từ thời điểm nhận hàng:
Nội thành: 03 ngày.
Ngoại thành: 07 ngày.
Khách hàng vui lòng liên hệ bộ phận Chăm sóc khách hàng Online để xác nhận khu vực áp dụng và địa điểm tiếp nhận.
2. Địa điểm đổi hàng
Khách hàng phải gửi hoặc mang sản phẩm đến đúng cửa hàng đã được thống nhất với bộ phận Chăm sóc khách hàng Online.
Yêu cầu đổi tại cửa hàng khác không được chấp nhận.
3. Điều kiện đổi hàng
Đối với yêu cầu báo lỗi, thiếu sản phẩm hoặc hư hỏng khi nhận hàng, khách hàng cần cung cấp video quay liên tục toàn bộ quá trình mở kiện hàng, không cắt ghép, từ lúc kiện hàng còn nguyên niêm phong đến khi kiểm tra đầy đủ sản phẩm bên trong để Gamble Worldwide xác minh và xử lý.
Sản phẩm được chấp nhận đổi khi đáp ứng đầy đủ các điều kiện sau:
Còn nguyên trạng, chưa sử dụng, giặt tẩy hoặc chỉnh sửa.
Còn đầy đủ tag, hóa đơn mua hàng gốc và bao bì. Hóa đơn phải nguyên vẹn, không rách, mờ hoặc thay đổi nội dung. Không hỗ trợ đổi hàng khi không có hóa đơn xác thực.
Không bị dơ bẩn, hư hỏng do người sử dụng hoặc có dấu hiệu đã qua sử dụng.
Không có mùi cơ thể, nước hoa, thuốc lá hoặc mùi lạ ảnh hưởng đến tình trạng sản phẩm.
Không áp dụng đổi size hoặc đổi mẫu đối với sản phẩm giảm giá.
Gamble Worldwide có quyền từ chối yêu cầu đổi hàng nếu sản phẩm không đáp ứng các điều kiện trên.
4. Đổi size hoặc đổi mẫu
Mỗi sản phẩm chỉ được đổi size hoặc đổi mẫu 01 lần duy nhất, tùy tình trạng tồn kho.
Khách hàng ưu tiên chọn sản phẩm có giá trị bằng hoặc cao hơn sản phẩm ban đầu và thanh toán phần chênh lệch nếu có. Nếu lựa chọn sản phẩm có giá trị thấp hơn được chấp thuận, Gamble Worldwide không hoàn phần chênh lệch.
Gamble Worldwide gửi sản phẩm mới sau khi đã nhận lại và kiểm tra sản phẩm cũ.
Khách hàng chịu toàn bộ phí vận chuyển 02 chiều khi đổi size hoặc đổi mẫu.
5. Đổi hàng do lỗi nhà sản xuất
Gamble Worldwide hỗ trợ đổi sản phẩm 01 lần nếu có lỗi từ phía nhà sản xuất và khách hàng thông báo trong vòng 48 giờ kể từ thời điểm nhận hàng.
Gamble Worldwide chịu 100% phí vận chuyển 02 chiều đối với yêu cầu đổi do lỗi sản xuất được xác nhận hợp lệ.
Sau khi nhận và kiểm tra sản phẩm, Gamble Worldwide sẽ gửi sản phẩm thay thế.
Nếu sản phẩm gửi về không đủ điều kiện đổi do lỗi sản xuất, Gamble Worldwide sẽ gửi trả sản phẩm và khách hàng chịu toàn bộ phí vận chuyển phát sinh.
6. Thời gian xử lý
Gamble Worldwide xử lý yêu cầu đổi hàng trong vòng 07 ngày kể từ khi nhận đầy đủ thông tin từ khách hàng.
Thời hạn thông báo yêu cầu vẫn áp dụng theo mục 1, hoặc trong vòng 48 giờ đối với lỗi sản xuất tại mục 5.
7. Đơn hàng quốc tế
Đơn hàng quốc tế không áp dụng chính sách đổi hoặc trả hàng, bao gồm đổi size, đổi mẫu và trả sản phẩm. Chính sách đổi hàng nêu trên chỉ áp dụng cho đơn hàng giao trong lãnh thổ Việt Nam.
Khách hàng vui lòng kiểm tra kỹ mẫu mã, màu sắc, bảng kích thước và thông tin đơn hàng trước khi thanh toán.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
1. Scope and Exchange Period
This exchange policy applies to online orders delivered within Vietnam. Each item may be exchanged once only, within the following periods from receipt:
Inner-city deliveries: 03 days.
Outlying-area deliveries: 07 days.
Please contact Online Customer Service to confirm the applicable delivery area and designated exchange location.
2. Exchange Location
Customers must send or bring the item to the store agreed with Online Customer Service.
Exchange requests at other stores will not be accepted.
3. Exchange Conditions
For reports of defects, missing items, or damage upon delivery, customers must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video, starting with the parcel fully sealed and ending after all items inside have been inspected, so that Gamble Worldwide can verify and process the request.
Items are eligible for exchange only if all the following conditions are met:
Items remain in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
All original tags, the original purchase receipt, and packaging are retained. The receipt must be intact, legible, and unaltered. Exchanges are not supported without a verifiable receipt.
Items are not dirty, damaged by the customer, or showing signs of use.
Items are free from body odor, perfume, cigarette smoke, or other unusual odors affecting their condition.
Sale items are not eligible for size or style exchanges.
Gamble Worldwide may refuse an exchange if the item does not meet these conditions.
4. Size or Style Exchanges
Each item may be exchanged for another size or style once only, subject to stock availability.
Customers should choose a replacement of equal or higher value and pay any additional amount. If an exchange for a lower-value item is approved, the price difference will not be refunded.
Gamble Worldwide will dispatch the replacement after receiving and inspecting the original item.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in both directions for size or style exchanges.
5. Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects
Gamble Worldwide supports one exchange for a manufacturing defect reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Gamble Worldwide covers 100% of shipping costs in both directions for confirmed eligible manufacturing-defect exchanges.
Gamble Worldwide will dispatch a replacement after receiving and inspecting the affected item.
If the returned item does not qualify for a manufacturing-defect exchange, it will be sent back to the customer, who will bear all shipping costs incurred.
6. Processing Time
Gamble Worldwide will review and process an exchange request within 07 days of receiving all required information from the customer.
Requests must still be reported within the periods in section 1, or within 48 hours for manufacturing defects under section 5.
7. International Orders
International orders are not eligible for exchanges or returns, including size exchanges, style exchanges, and product returns. The exchange policy above applies only to orders delivered within Vietnam.
Please carefully check the product, color, size chart, and order details before making payment.
